I find it interesting that Trump defended his financial fraud by claiming no one was complaining. If he got better loan deals or insurance premiums, since there weren’t claims or defaults, what was the big deal? No one was hurt. However, under this theory, if you steal from your employer, but put it back later and they don’t know you took their money, it is ok.

Or, if you steal a car and return it undamaged, it is ok. I guess for a guy like Trump who has for years routinely ruined people’s lives, this was no big deal.

If only we could understand that, we would understand him better. Then we would think he was really a good guy.
