President Trump, fresh from his failures to negotiate anything announced on his social network that he could negotiate the end of the war between Israel and Iran in a few hours.

This from the man who has no trade deals (remember there were hundreds lining up to do deals), has had no positive impact on ending the conflicts in Ukraine or Gaza, and the only deals that get done are those that personally enrich him. Maybe he thinks if he can get Israel to back off, he can get an oil concession from Iran or perhaps get them to buy his meme coin.

His acolytes in government continue to tell us what a great deal maker he is. I think the only deal is unless you praise him daily, you lose your job. That’s the kind of deal that people working for him understand.

And by the way, the great roundup of undocumented immigrants has a pause if they work in agriculture or hospitality in a Republican state. So much to admire, no wonder he demanded his parade.
